How Can I Apply for Aged Care Funding?
To access government-funded home care services, follow these steps:
Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit www.myagedcare.gov.au to register.
Book a free home assessment with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
If approved, you’ll receive a Home Care Package (Level 1–4) and a Referral Code.
